Sixteen people were arrested on suspicion of San Diego DUI - drunk driving in Chula Vista over the weekend and another 68 were cited for driving without a license, San Diego DUI attorneys said Monday.

San Diego DUI Sobriety checkpoints were conducted Friday, Saturday and Sunday in various parts of the South County city, San Diego DUI lawyers say.

About 1,350 cars passed through the various San Diego DUI checkpoints, including one stolen vehicle. The driver of that car was arrested,San Diego DUI lawyers understand.
