San Diego DUI lawyers report local police took 21 people into custody in South Bay neighborhoods Thursday as part of a multi-agency crackdown on DUI offenders with outstanding warrants for their arrest. The enforcement effort, funded by a grant from the state Office of Traffic Safety, was conducted by personnel with the California Highway Patrol and the Chula Vista, Coronado, National City and San Diego police departments.
