A man suspected of driving drunk was seriously injured and his passenger was killed over the weekend in a rollover crash in North County, San Diego DUI attorneys are told.
Anselmo Alejandro Mejia, Escondido California, was making the transition from Old Highway 395 onto south Interstate 15 about 8 p.m. Saturday when he lost control of his 1997 Ford F-150 and drove off the on-ramp, San Diego DUI lawyers report.
Mejia’s passenger unfortunately died less than an hour later at a hospital.
The Medical Examiner’s Office identified him as Ramiro Ramirez-Hernandez of Bonsall California, San Diego DUI lawyers understand.
