Just 3 DUI evaluations were done. All DUI evaluations were apparently based on incorrect police assumptions but insufficient drunk driving evidence, San Diego DUI Lawyers suspect. No DUI arrests were made.

670 vehicles were trapped in a San Diego DUI checkpoint at 2100 block of El Cajon Boulevard, near Alabama Street, between 9:08 p.m. Friday and midnight, San Diego DUI criminal defense attorneys are told.

1 DUI driver was arrested at the checkpoint and the other 8 DUI drivers were caught during San Diego DUI saturation patrols in Hillcrest and Pacific Beach.
