“Prego” or you’re welcome, says Defense Attorney Rick Mueller at the San Diego County DUI Law Center to all those thankful people who avoided California DUI checkpoints based on this Free Advance Warning Site.
How fun is it to go out on the weekend and have to worry about being trapped at a drunk driving roadblock?!
San Diego DUI cops busted eighteen drivers for drunk driving in downtown’s East Village, say lawyers.
The checkpoint was at 1400 block of G Street.
10:30 p.m. Saturday through 3:00 a.m. Sunday were the times.
2,519 vehicles were blocked and forced to go through the checkpoint. 820 motorists were contacted by San Diego DUI officers.
55 motorists were detained for a secondary DUI evaluation of sobriety.
Arrests were also made around the San Diego DUI checkpoint, near the east of the Gaslamp District.
