5 cars were impounded by San Diego Police Department in this DUI sting operation.
It started shortly before 11 pm and ended at nearly 4 a.m. Sunday as folks came back from partying in Mexico.
The San Diego Police Department reportedly ran out of coffee and donuts at apx. 3:57 a.m. just prior to shutting down this California DUI roadblock.
278 motorists were trapped. 273 were “screened.” Police were refilling coffee & getting more donuts while the other 5 vehicles passed through.
