Saturday brings lots of San Diego DUI arrests and checkpoints. This one happened after a routine traffic stop in the 1100 block of C Street in the Gaslamp Quarter.
The cop was off duty, pulled over for a wrong-way turn which is easy to do and then cited but not booked for DUI. Special treatment? You bet.
