An unnamed, suspected San Diego DUI / drunk driver rear-ended and killed Marc Durham, a 65-year-old Rancho Bernardo (San Diego) resident.
Two nights ago, Durham was driving a 2002 Toyota Corolla east on Camino del Norte near Carmel Mountain Road in San Diego California when he was hit by a BMW driven by a 57-year-old man, according to San Diego DUI criminal defense lawyers.
Durham was wearing a seat belt, but the crash caused him to lose control and collide with other vehicles, the San Diego medical examiner’s office reports.
San Diego DUI police said the BMW’s driver, who suffered minor injuries in the crash will likely face felony San Diego DUI / drunk driving charges, attorneys are told.
