San Diego dui lawyers report that an active-duty Marine was arrested Sunday afternoon on firearms and San Diego dui – driving under the influence charges. He allegedly was spotted firing shots from his car while driving in a residential neighborhood, San Diego dui attorneys said.

The 24-year-old was driving a white Chevy Caprice near Greenbrier Drive and Apple Street about 1 p.m. when witnesses said they say him shooting a gun near an apartment building where several families with children live, San Diego dui lawyers are told.

San Diego dui officers stopped the car and found a .40-caliber Glock semi-automatic under the driver’s seat as well as expended shell casings and an empty magazine inside the car, San Diego dui attorneys said. They also found another loaded .40-caliber magazine in the trunk. Three passengers were in the car. The Marine was suspected to be San Diego dui – driving under the influence and was arrested. He was booked into Vista Jail for the San Diego dui charges.
