Eleven unlucky drivers did not realize this when leaving Gaslamp yesterday as the San Diego Police Department and California Highway Patrol trapped vehicles going north around 1500 Fifth Ave. between 11:00 and 3:00 AM.
Over 900 cars found themselves surrounded by cones,lights and badges. Over 600 suffered San Diego DUI screening. Sixteen went to secondary, five were let go and the 11 went to jail, say San Diego DUI lawyers.
