San Diego DUI criminal defense lawyer news

Mischa Barton will likely take a plea bargain in her California DUI case, sparing her any California DUI jail time, San Diego California DUI attorney sources say.

22 year old Barton may plead no contest to California DUI at her arraignment Thursday in Beverly Hills California DUI court.

Barton should have to serve at three – five years of unsupervised/informal/summary probation, be sentenced to a three-month alcohol-education class, and pay a fine of approximately $1,700 plus penalty assessment.

A California DUI deal is sometimes possible for California DUI first-time offenders.

Barton was arrested for California DUI in Los Angeles, after California DUI police allegedly spotted her weaving between two lanes of traffic and failing to signal.

The exact terms of said California DUI plea deal, negotiated by Barton’s California DUI lawyer are expected to be submitted to the California DUI court on April 10, 2008.
