A San Diego county DUI driver supposedly “gave anti-government comments as the reason for intentionally striking a deputy’s vehicle…”

Uh, something makes no sense. Why?

Or was he took drunk for the DUI police to even understand what he was saying?

A young man named Ken Pochinko was allegedly stopped at a red light at San Elijo and Questhaven roads in a black Suzuki Forenza at about 6:20 p.m. last night when another cop in another cop car claims the DUI driver intentionally made a sharp right turn into the cop car.

The police car was stopped alongside Pochinko’s Suzuki at the red light and a 2nd patrol car was stopped behind the Suzuki and the deputy in that vehicle witnessed the incident. Both vehicles sustained minor damage.

The thirty-three year-old was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and drunk driving or San Diego DUI.
