Rick Mueller was the featured Speaker at the February 13, 2004 DUI – DMV Seminar in downtown San Diego. He also was the DUI – DMV Lecturer at the 2003 Public Defender’s Office criminal defense seminar.
He holds the esteemed position of Editorial Consultant to California Drunk Driving Law, the most comprehensive reference book for the law of drunk driving in California. Known as California’s Bible of DUI defense, the book features much of San Diego County attorney Rick Mueller’s hard work.
