The dreaded 1400 G Street San Diego DUI checkpoint trapped motorists from 11 pm Fat Tuesday to Wedneday February 18th at 3 a.m., shortly after Snoop Dogg performed at the Mardi Gras Block Party in Gaslamp Quarter, attorneys believe.
Thousands of party people made it out safely.
