San Diego DUI criminal defense attorney report that SDSU Police Officer Nate Julien recently received the “Outstanding DUI Officer of the Year” award from the San Diego Chapter of Mothers against Drunk Driving (MADD). Officer Julien, who has been with the SDSU Police Department for more than two years, made 77 drunk driving arrests this past year.
He has shown dedication to the proactive enforcement of DUI-related offenses in the SDSU area and his efforts warranted a personal phone call from Paula Myers, MADD law enforcement liaison for Southern California. This is the second consecutive year that Officer Julien has received this award for the SDSU Police Department.
